Hi, I’m Michelle Mendez.

Today I can truly say that I’m living a life I love, I trust in the universal flow, I’m able to connect to my truth, and draw from my intuition and feminine energy to guide my life.

But I didn’t always live this way —

 

I didn't always feel in-tune with myself, the Universe, and my own life.  

I lived what others would consider a successful life. I owned and ran an integrative treatment center after having a thriving private practice. Oh, and I have the degrees (and all those letters no one understands behind my name) to back it all up.

Yet while I was maintaining a marriage and family, and being well compensated in my career, I often felt lonely, anxious, burnt the F out…ready to give up.

I’ve been on the bathroom floor crying, wanting to end it all. 

But I took a different path.

I learned that we can live in a way that allows us to trust ourselves and be connected to something greater.

I now live with the freedom that comes with knowing that we are never alone that we are all connected.  We can have abundant energy and give and receive the nourishing support that allows us to live our authentic path.  

I know this because I’ve done it, and helped others do it too. I only practice what I have found to be true for myself, and the hundreds of people I’ve supported.

When I work with you, I ensure that you are seeing the results you desire and that you are being supported in a way that serves your investment. It is non-negotiable for me to know my clients are served.  I haven’t had one client regret their investment or have less than amazing results
