“I was initially referred to Michelle at her treatment center, Balance Point Collaborative, by my primary physician. My doctor observed I was in a highly emotional and depressed state of mind while in the midst of a multitude of stressors, within both my personal and professional life. As they say "when it rains, it pours." For me, I felt as if I was in a perfect storm. I am forever grateful for the referral and the healing time spent with Michelle. A lighthouse! Better yet, a trustful practitioner who helped for me to regain my sense of self and focus to trust my own internal "lighthouse,” and recognize my own light within, as my true guide. Michelle is very sensitive, committed and passionate about her work, coupled with a consistent, incredible ability to make you move beyond your vulnerabilities.”

“I asked Michelle to help me work through some of my childhood issues; however she helped me with so much more. I was definitely a work in progress, as she helped me work through so many issues, including me being institutionalized. Michelle suggested coming up with a schedule and helped me create one, which helped my life tremendously. I still go by one to this day, even though it changes as needed. I took the Peer Support Training and WRAP Facilitator Training which helped set the stage for future goals. I have lost so many friends and family and am lucky to be alive myself with all I have done. I knew I lived this life with so many wrongs and a higher power had to have kept me alive for a reason. I decided to go back to school to become a counselor; I wanted to turn all the bad into something good! I had the lived experience but I needed the book knowledge and degrees accomplish these goals. May 13th, 2016 I walked the stage at Haywood Community College with my Associate in Arts degree. I graduated Magna Cum Laude and with Phi Theta Kappa due to my GPA of 3.897. I start Western Carolina University in August 2016 with a Scholarship; I will be 40 when I start. I will be working towards my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, then my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. My goal as of right now, is to work in the prison system. If I can just help one person the way Michelle (and a couple others) helped me, then I will have turned the bad into something good!”

“Working with Michelle is a wonderful experience. She is not only highly intelligent, intuitive and knowledgeable regarding human behavior; Michelle also effectively incorporates a very ancient form of Indian Astrology into her practice as well as aspects of Carl Jung's ideas of the light and shadow sides of our personalities. I find working with Michelle to be productive, insightful and enjoyable. Even if you are a bit unsure about your goals or beliefs I can assure you that you will take away more than you started with after working with her!”

“My experiences with Michelle have not only been life changing but life SAVING! Michelle guided me through two intensive intuitive therapeutic healing sessions- both of which she used multiple intuitive techniques to assist with uncovering deeply rooted emotional, physical and mental blockages that propelled me through healing wounds that would have taken months or years of work to do otherwise. Her knowledge of Astrology, Ayurveda, profound intuition working with tarot, and her ability to feel into her clients needs full of light and love are incomparable to any experience I have had with traditional therapy. Each session I was welcomed into a safe, soothing, and tailormade experience in which she planned and prepared meticulously for, but also allowed for whatever needed to happen as it did when she was guided. Today, I am enjoying the fruits of her labor as I am discovering the beautiful soul, I never thought I would find within myself; I would not be where I am without her.”

“Over the years I have watched Michelle excel in her professional development. While living in Asheville, Michelle developed an amazing center for women struggling with eating disorders called Balance Point Collaborative. “Michelle is not only highly intuitive but also well trained from a clinical and pragmatic standpoint. This allows her to pinpoint and address quickly often deeply hidden issues that may be blocking our path to success. In my own sessions with Michelle, these skills were especially helpful in respect to my career as a sculptor. She helped me to clear away various "sticking points" that were holding back my full potential. Michelle also has the somewhat rare understanding that.. like the in Wizard of Oz; We all already have all we need.. it is just a matter of discovering it and in
this regard she is most effective!”
